The Role

We are looking for a mid level Campaign Manager who is both strategic and hands on. Someone who can confidently lead paid media campaigns, manage client relationships, and take real ownership of performance.

This role suits an all rounder who knows Google and Meta well, enjoys working directly with clients, and wants to grow their career inside a high performing agency rather than a large network.

We are looking for a genuine standout. Someone who wants to join early, contribute meaningfully, and make their mark.

What You Will Do

• Plan, build and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta for consumer brands
• Own campaign performance from setup through optimisation and reporting
• Turn brand and business objectives into clear media strategies
• Manage client relationships with confidence, clarity and professionalism
• Work closely with creative and strategy leads to deliver strong, cohesive campaigns
• Identify opportunities to improve results and proactively recommend next steps

• Proven experience managing Google and Meta ads for consumer brands
• Strong grasp of performance marketing fundamentals
• Confident client manager who communicates clearly and thoughtfully
• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities
