About You
You are a strategic and relationship-focused communicator with a deep understanding of the content marketing landscape. You excel at building trust and rapport with clients, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strong relationships with assigned clients.
- Consult with clients to understand their content needs, goals, and target audiences.
- Translate client needs into clear and actionable project briefs for the creative team.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Proactively communicate project updates and address client concerns.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional content services.
- Track project performance and report results to clients and senior management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective client service strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a agency setting.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B content marketing best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) a plus.
